The threat of overpopulation and diminishing food supplies were at the forefront of of the World's leaders minds.
In the 1980's a Colony of micro humans was created in a Top Secret MOD building as the experiment was taken further.
A few years later the funding was cut and the Top Secret Colony was destroyed and forgotten.
The scientists were sworn to secrecy.
There were no micro human survivors.
