“I know… she’s too stubborn and they have been friends forever…” she sobbed. She was scared. She knew how serious pneumonia could get and how fast it developed.
“I’m so scared.” She admitted.
“I know you are, but I don’t want you anywhere near her house until the doctors clear it, do you hear me, Marian?” he ordered her. “I know you want to be with your friend, but I’m not taking chances with your health.”
Marian scowled but nodded. “She wouldn’t let me in, anyway.”
