BlindEye Issue 2

Seth Seagal comes across Richmond, Virginia after a week walk from his hometown, New York City. The situation in Richmond is no different then New York City, buildings deserted, bandits and robbers rome the city stealing from other people and other valuable resources, and there's very little sanctuary. But, when Seth stumbles upon a bar for a pitstop, he meets Ray Lombardi, another New Yorker from Brooklyn who has a minor problem with his boss who happens to be a dirty mob leader in Richmond.
