Looking back it’s easy to understand how I gained weight: eating too much of the wrong thing. This thought crossed my mind as I recently observed a “full-figured” lady in front of me at the grocery checkout. She had a 24 oz. canned soda (must be a new size); three 1 gallon sized fruit juices; two large packs of hamburger. And because the line was moving slowly, she grabbed a chocolate candy bar!
