This long awaited book is the result of 20 years of walking in the countryside around this iconic Southern Andalucian village, during which time Patrick Elvin has acquired an extensive knowledge of the locality. The book contains detailed instructions, maps, photographs, profiles and GPS waymarks for all of the 21 walks.
There are walks to suit all levels of fitness rannging from 1 hour to 6 hours and include three of the author´s favourite walks in the of the Serrania de Ronda. The Gaucin area includes the valleys of the Genal and Guadiaro rivers as well as the Sierra del Hacho, Gaucin´s own 1000 metre mountain .
