Tula Typhoon: Nimbus Rider Extraordinaire is the story of a lonely girl who finds that in her adopted country of England, the clouds are often her only friends.
After learning how to control the weather using the power of her mind, she comes onto the radar of the secretive Centre of Advanced Meteorological Phenomena (CAMP), led by enigmatic scientist Dr Jaswant Singh.
Together these two must fight to save the coastline of south England being destroyed by a rogue hurricane controlled by Tula’s arch nemesis and one time school mate, Lydia Lake.
