"My son is a very picky eater and gaining weight has always been a problem. Me and my husband has been asked to return to my son's pediatrician monthly for regular weight check due to his poor weight gain. We have been provided a list by his dietician about foods that have high calories, but, only few were appealing to him. This book has helped me a lot. During my son's last pedia visit, he has gained 1.5lbs. It seems not a lot, but it is BIG for us! He barely gains quarter of a pound before. I can tell that my son loves the food I'm preparing for him using this book as a guide--he is having fun too! Not to mention, I'm also happy to be learning new stuff.
