Chase Tucker feels outcast from his group of friends, all of whom have found "that special someone" in life. He contemplates revealing his crush to the one man in the world whom he cherishes: his roommate Don Randle. Fearing that Don only likes women and that a relationship between them is inconceivable, Chase attempts to pay the ultimate price--suicide.
Narrowly escaping his attempt on his own life, Chase discovers that Don does indeed have feelings for him. During their ensuing relationship, Chase struggles to fight his demons of depression and insecurity while Don is willing to do everything in his power to ensure that Chase maintains sanity and stability.
