The streets of Queen City have always belonged to the notorious Durrant crime syndicate. All criminal activity flowed through Paulie Durrant and his intricate crime network. That is, until the emergence of the shadowy figure known only as the Stranger. As Queen City's finest detectives track a deranged lunatic and defend the city against an onslaught of criminal activity, the Stranger interferes with the operations of the Durrant crime family. The Durrants have always been able to handle the local cops, but this would be vigilante has become a thorn in the side of the crime syndicate...a thorn that must be removed.
