    About

Books 1-4 of the Serial Killers series feature four terrifying true stories about the world's most prolific and brutal killers.

Ted Bundy was one of the US's most notorious serial killers. First arrested in 1975, he managed to escape from law enforcement authorities twice, before his final arrest in 1978. It would take another eleven years before he was eventually executed.

Targeting California in the 1980s, the man dubbed the ‘Night Stalker’ by the tabloid newspapers rewrote the rules of serial killing. Strangulation, stabbing, beating, and stomping were all used interchangeably to subdue victims.

Gary Ridgway terrorized the cities of Seattle and Tacoma in Washington State for almost 20 years. A serial killer who preyed on female prostitutes and runaway teenagers, he has the highest confirmed murder rate of any serial killer, anywhere. Convicted of murdering 49 women, he actually confessed to killing to between 75 and 80. Ridgway admitted that he had killed so many young women that he had lost count.

Harold Shipman was the Britain's worst serial killer. The only person who truly knows how many victims there were took his own life in 2004. By most accounts, however, the man who has been dubbed ‘the doctor of death’ claimed 250 lives.
