This is Vol. 2 of a 3 volume set.
From the author's introduction:
"The purpose of this series of books is not to be the ultimate source
of OTR information; rather, it is to be used alongside the sources listed
below. Th is book is meant to be used not only by OTR fans who want
to research the history of OTR; but, to also remind the older generation
of the superior quality of entertainment they once had and to introduce
to future generations the wonderful imagination and creativity that was
once OTR.
"These books are a list of national and local New York-based OTR
shows from Fall, 1929 through Summer, 1954, in an easy-to-read grid
format. Each section lists the OTR shows that were playing during that
particular calendar season in that particular OTR year. The shows that
are listed were on the four major OTR networks (Blue/ABC, CBS, MBS,
and NBC) and their local New York affiliates from 9am to 11pm, Monday
through Sunday."
