Joe Zombie Zuko, the self-proclaimed "Zombie nut"...his new book: `The Infected: Jim's First Day' is a thrill ride for your mind. It delivers jam-pack thrills and puts you at the edge of your seat. Each page grabs you, transitioned smoothly and forces you to read on....I finished the book in one day!
The characters were well developed (Jim is likeable and relatable) - The scenes/environment was surreal - The Intensity at times was too much (just how I like it) - Just the right amount of comedy.
As an author myself, I know how much time and effort it took to write a book like this; I thought Joe `Zombie' Zuko could have charged more for his book. The entertainment value and the mental escape are well worth at least 2-3 times the current price. I would have easily paid 2-3 times more.... I slam and piss 2 star bucks coffee daily and never got this sort of value.
Overall I gave the book, a well earned 5 stars...It has all the elements of a great `Zombie Book Series'...eventually a movie?
I can't wait for your next release.
