A Message for the Author:
My family and I travel a lot. Over the years, we have learned to travel light by editing our wardrobe and sundry items down to the bare essentials. My wife Liz and I had a tendency to bring our entire house with us (well, not literally) on our overseas trips, especially when the boys traveled with us, and that almost always resulted in excess baggage and sore limbs.
We dreaded time at baggage claim, but in hindsight we have only ourselves to blame. We made a choice to take with us so many things that we ended up not using – things we could have gotten rid of and made carrying luggage a lot easier and kinder to our jet-lagged bodies. Plus the extra space could have gone to packing souvenirs (which we love to buy!).
Memories of my travels resurfaced when I interviewed Dr. Bradley Nelson about the Emotion Code, which was one of the topics in Intention Event II. The excess luggage I used to carry in my early days as a traveler served as an analogy for people's tendencies to carry so much emotional baggage with them – burdens heavier than those of the legendary Atlas who had the weight of the world on his shoulders. We insist on taking and dwelling on things that are useless and detrimental to our health, prosperity and success.
And it got me thinking:
How exactly does all that heavy load impact us not just physically but also mentally and emotionally?
Is there a way to remove such burdens to make more room for souvenirs, or rather, blessings?
Fortunately, Dr. Nelson has the answers that enlighten and give hope to us weary travelers as we struggle to make it from one stopover to another in our lives. He is a holistic chiropractor who discovered at a very early age the role energy plays in our physical and emotional health, and this book is intended to get the word out about our emotional baggage, what it does to us and the unique tool that is called the Emotion Code which is available to help people get rid of those burdens.
By getting rid of emotional baggage and by releasing these trapped emotions from ourselves, we are not only able to achieve a higher level of health, but we’re able to achieve and oftentimes fulfill the purposes of our lives that are unfulfilled. If you think this is exactly what you need, grab it today and start making room for great souvenirs in your life!
