The Halting

On Annie Wilcox's sixteenth birthday, the world stops. Actually, the world is still moving, but everyone in it has gone still, leaving Annie to wander through hundreds of petrified people trying to figure out whether this is the most fantastic or the most depressing thing ever to happen to her. As she travels outside of her town and her comfort zone, she'll learn more about herself than she ever imagined possible, including her integral and dangerous role in this supernatural occurrence.
