This book was written about my cooking experiences from I was a boy growing up in the Caribbean. The book explores how Caribbean dishes started. The recipes in this book are what I wrote. I consider myself a foodie and learn to cook through observation. Cooking to me is fun and also a way to stay healthy by eating home cook meals. So in this volume we will be exploring some of my favorite dishes, I shared my secret of the fruits and vegetable drinks I made to help me lose 65 pounds. You see some years ago I weighed almost 300 pounds. I started blending certain fruits and vegetable that helped me considerably to lose the weight.
