“What am I going to do in the gym today?”
Ever ask yourself that question?
Lots of people have, and even for the most experienced workout devotee, creating a fresh, new and effective workout can be challenging.
Perhaps you know people who continue to do the same workout week after week, month after month and year after year, with little to show for it.
Perhaps you’ve been one of them.
Don’t feel bad.
We all have had those times in our training when we’ve hit the proverbial rut and plateau and just need a little something different to get out of it.
When I was Editor of Muscle & Fitness magazine, each week I’d receive letters from people all over the world asking questions about training and nutrition and, most of all, workouts.
Folks just needed something new and something they could look forward to that would help them experience good results and fuel the motivation fire to keep them working out and living the positive fitness lifestyle.
With so many people seeming to need workout help, I decided to create a book (actually a series of books) of workouts. This set consolidates the first two volumes in the series.
I’d like you to think of and use these workouts as tools in your workout toolbox that you can pick and choose from, anytime you’d like to try something fresh and new or add to an already effective workout you may be doing that can help take a favorite workout up a notch.
When it comes to fitness, slow and steady always wins the race.
Exercising and working out is the gift you give yourself and one that will add more life to your years and more years to your life.
Savor and enjoy the experience!
