The Beginners Guide to using a Windows Computer

This book was written to help a person with little computer experience to troubleshoot basic issues. I wrote the book for my mother while i was in college to help her to fix her computer while i was gone. The book talks about Virus Protection, system restore, The Blue Screen and how to fix it, and many more troubleshooting steps.
