Test Estimation Simplified!

Software testing estimation is one of the key activities in the software testing life cycle. Many software testing projects end up with a huge cost and effort variance due to poor estimation. One of the key reasons for this is the lack of knowledge and skills in the software test estimation process/techniques. I have not been able to find good templates or software tools that can be used to prepare an effort or provide cost estimates.Also, there are not many books or websites that I could find that can help you learn and master software test estimation. I believe that writing a book will be of help to testing professionals to understand and learn about the basics of software test estimation. The contents of this book have been put together based on my reading and professional experience.
