Technology and Problem Solving: PreK-12 Education for Adult Life, Careers, and Further Education

This short book was specifically written for preservice and inservice PreK-12 teachers in all subject areas, and for their teachers. It uses problem solving as a unifying theme as it examines roles of computer technology in the content, pedagogy, and assessment aspects of schooling. The book addresses the problem of providing today’s students with a modern, future-looking education that prepares them for our rapidly changing world. We want students to be prepared for responsible adulthood, careers, further education, and a lifetime challenge of increasingly rapid technological change.
