The second book in the V-Life series is Tasty Vegan Recipes.
The book includes a short chapter on 'Why Vegan' and looks at the benefits of becoming a vegan and following a vegan diet. There is also a chapter on planning and preparation with a focus on beans and grains. There are a total of 30 vegan recipes including 5 starters, 7 soups, 6 mains, 8 salads and dressings and 4 dessert recipes.
