Sunshine Zoo explores the adventures of ten year old Beverly Trail who is recruited by her uncle to help get the zoo back into shape. Being the daughter of a world famous animal conservationist, Beverly must use her courage and spirit to overcome what obstacles lay in the way of rebuilding a zoo that is in desperate need of a good zookeeper—even if that zookeeper is only in grade school.
