    WTO was considered as significant milestone so as to manage goods, services, intellectual capital and does the necessary trade review. The dispute settlement between member nations is also integral process of WTO. WTO was originated so as to enable effective enforcement and driving legislative to manage code of conduct while executing international trade for the nation states. WTO’s one of key operational efficiency emerged as effectiveness to manage dispute settlement system ‘DSU’ and to manage any form of WTO agreement violation between the parties.
    WTO another significant aspect is that it helps drive economic and commercial growth for the developing countries through providing necessary technical and training support. WTO primary objective is to manage smooth trade and manage functions like: managing trade agreements, driving trade negotiations, managing trade disputes and review of international trade policies. WTO has 160 members (as on 2014) while 95% of total world trade is managed through these members.
