If you have found this book, either you or someone you love are suffering with a debilitating inner ear illness. My decision to write this book was born from the frustration with the lack of knowledge, compassion and awareness from health care professionals, regarding the inner ear and people suffering from inner ear disorders. Any inner ear illness, however long it lasts, can be extremely frightening and isolating. I am in the unique position to pass my knowledge onto others, as not only am I also a sufferer, but I work in the area of mental health and am a qualified physiotherapy assistant.
