Raise Your Fees!
There are only three real ways to grow a practice (or any business for that matter) and basically they are to:
1: Increase the number of clients or patients you see.
2: Increase the average frequency of visits your clients or patients make or what is otherwise known as the patient visit average.
3: Increase the average fee collected from each client or patient.
