    About the Author

    P. A. Lewis is an elite Personal Trainer, who holds a combination University degree in Chemistry, Commerce and Nutrition. As a self-proclaimed “guru of health and wellness”, he has led seminars on health and wellness and on what he likes to call “Perfect Power Meals” over the last decade.

    Not until more recently has Mr. Lewis began to enlighten audiences across North America with his patented power meal formulas, and very exotic grain combinations obtained during his global travels. Lewis utilizes specific food groupings which he says “creates a unique synergy of weight loss enzyme reactions that super charge metabolic activity and digestion resulting in remarkable weight loss that is effortless to sustain”.

    Lewis attributes a large part of his success to his teachings around the world, but specifically in South America (Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador) when he invested a significant amount of his time researching what he called a unique super food known as Quinoa. Mr. Lewis has utilized many of their similar techniques and ingredients in combination with his scientific background to develop this exclusive and seemingly lavish recipe book.
