    About

This book is purely about practical activities.
It contains just simple activities, games and crafts that focus on teaching the four basic emotions of happy, sad, scared and angry.
From a very young age children need to be taught about emotions. This will help them develop into emotionally literate adults who are able to empathise, express and regulate their feelings. Many of these activities can be used by children as young as two years old. This book is suitable for Nursery schools, Primary schools, ELSAs, Teaching assistants, Learning mentors, Teachers and parents. Lots of the activities can be set up in early year’s settings to allow children to learn independently after having the activity modelled to them first.
