Amanda Ace is alone and unhappy. She has been alone and unhappy for the past year. Her parents recently divorced, and over the summer her best friend, Belinda Cara, suddenly became her worst enemy. Ruthlessly bullied every day at school and feeling unwanted at home, Amanda’s misery turns to anger and hate, but little does she know the danger these emotions have put her. The last Poppy Witch, by the name of Elpis, a spectral creature that possesses its victims and feeds off the negative energy inside them, is out to find Amanda.
