Phone Call To Sinatra is a true story that happened back in the 1970’s when this renowned entertainer appeared in two London charity concerts at the Royal Festival Hall along with the great Count Basie Band.
Three brothers, living North of London and devoted fans of the singer, decide to contact him by phone after discovering where he is staying. Their main objective is to hopefully arrange a meeting to discuss with him their appreciation and love of his music over the years. Also, if possible, to obtain tickets, which are proving very difficult to purchase, for one of his shows.
The journey along the way is thwarted with unforeseen obstacles before they finally achieve some partial success in accomplishing their mission, even though at times by using some very unusual methods, to say the least.
