With a bundle of nerves, a tingle of anticipation and a spark of excitement, in October 2011 Julie and Jason Buckley, and pampered pooch Charlie, drove away from their home, their jobs and their friends and families to tour Europe for a year in a motorhome.
They kept a blog as they travelled (ourtour.co.uk), updating it daily with where they had been, what they had seen, their thoughts and ideas. Europe stretched to include Morocco, one year stretched to two and their writing style came into its own as their trip progressed.
