It's summertime in Hawaii, and Leilani Lea and her friends are having a blast on O'ahu. But the fun is ruined when tourists start disappearing from the high-end hotel where Leilani's friend, Malia, is working. Many are blaming the Hawaiian Nationalist Party, a graffiti-spraying gang that wants to overthrow the government.
