Northern Darks

Northern Darks tells of six experiences of criminal activity. Set in the North East of England, this is a 2020 vision of anti-social behaviours in a climate of increasing social breakdown and organised crime. Once a wonderful part of the country to live and work, by the 20’s the North East, like many other parts of the UK, has become unable to prevent its slide into darker crimes. In an attempt to counter this there has been a rise in the number of cases of people taking the law into their own hands. Northern Darks’ gritty tales tell of poor moral decision-making, revenge, and consequences.
