I apologize profusely to all my fans. The file attached to this book at this time is only the first four chapters. I have been trying for close to a week to get the entire book delivered to you. I loaded the correct file a week before it went live, then loaded the file again when I discovered that Amazon was not delivering the right file. So far, I have not managed to get any results, nor have so many of you fans who have contacted Amazon on your own.
Tomorrow, if nothing has changed, I will create an entirely new book file, likely called Number Two Kris Longknife's Replacement and see how fast we can get that up compared to correcting this disaster.
