"We were about to move into our new home at the end of the month. But my wife was now in the hospital trying to save her pregnancy. She was scheduled to have baby in a few months. By now I was an emotional wreck but tried to stay strong for wife. It was hard not having my wife around to assist and each day seemed harder and harder. I tried to push through it and only survived by the grace of God. But just when you think thing could not get worse, it did.
While all this is going on I'm was also in college and preparing to sit and exam. No one could prepare me for what was going to happen next.
One afternoon I was going up on the roof of my parents house to get a ladder to do some work on our new home we had just bought, then unthinkable happened. Both myself and the ladder came crashing down. I guess with the stress and pressures we were going through, I was not as focused. All I could think of on my way down is I cant afford to join my wife in the hospital at this time. I tried to break my fall as I got close to the ground and that when my hand got fractured.
This compounded things even further. The next few weeks really tested our marriage. What was I to do? How was I going to manage? That's when..."
