By following a ketogenic diet, a person limits or elminates their carbohydrate intake and forces the body to rely on the next best source of energy, fat.



    The diet is capable of achieving such fast results due to the short amount of time it takes to put the body into a ketogenic state. A typical individual will achieve this state by following a no or low-carb diet for 1-2 weeks. The results are shocking, and you will watch the fat melt of your body when you couple the diet with a good work out routine!
