JoJo is an adventuresome monkey growing up in Africa. In this edition of Children's Bedtime Stories, JoJo goes for an unexpected ride, and his whole village learns to accepts others who are different. Despite a fun day picking fruit with his mother, JoJo doesn't want to go to bed. He says he has too much energy to sleep, and a simple solution turns into a funny adventure, or you might say misadventure. Children will love the cute, silly antics of little JoJo, and parents will enjoy reading their children an uplifting story full of fun, laughter and adventure. This edition includes a couple simple illustrations by the author's daughter.
Children's Bedtime Stories is a series of short stories designed to be read by parents to their children. JoJo and the Waterfall is long enough to relax and prepare your children for sleep, but short enough to be read in one seating. Alternately, the book's chapters make it easy to read only as much as you want, and then easily return to the story later. Appropriate for children ages 2-10.
JoJo is based on the author's own daughter and his childhood memories.
