Six countries were once united into one empire, living and fighting together under one flag, ruled by one man. Tito's empire was protected by UDBA, his secret police. Many saw them as Tito's Gestapo, but none of them dared say it out loud. Those who did were branded nationalists: chetniks and ustashas. Tito still couldn't let dissidents spread the bad word about Yugoslavia around the globe so criminals were recruited and sent after them.
That was Zlatan's destiny. A young man who didn't like the average life and decided to break the law, to be free, but it led him to prison. Inside, he met a former spy, a former member of Tito's Gestapo, who taught him that freedom, especially as a criminal, can be found only across the border. The only way to get that so craved freedom was to sign a deal with the devil, with UDBA and become a weapon. Their conditions were rather sinister but Zlatan still carried them out, knowing it would lead to his goal, to his dream, but soon after he realized that being a criminal isn't as simple as it seems and asked himself:
