These reminiscences are written by a solicitor who practised in London as a litigator and then later sat as an employment judge. The author has looked back on those cases that had humorous aspects or interesting or unusual legal points. His intention is to entertain the reader and occasionally to inform him or her. The author has also tried to lift the veil and show what it is like to be sitting as a judge and making decisions that can have a substantial effect on people's lives.
