    By Julie Creffield

What do you think about this eBook?

    About

For busy mums out there keen to find their fitness mojo and locate their pre pregnancy body, which we all know is hidden under there somewhere. This book gives you 99 fun ideas for how to run (or generally improve health and happiness through other forms of exercise) with your children in tow. With dedicated sections taking you through all the various stages of your childrens development, from newborn baby to stroppy teenager there really is no excuse.

As useful for absolute beginners who are clueless about where to start as it is for seasoned runners struggling to fit it all in on top of family life. Some of the ideas will be common sense kicks up the backside ones, and others will leave you thinking "Now why didn't I think of that?"

There is even a bonus section on how to cope with a not so supportive 'him indoors'.

The book suggest practical light hearted solutions to time management and endless creative ideas for burning calories every day whilst still being a super (most of the time) mum and deals with the guilt we often feel as mothers when seemingly we put our own health needs before those of our families.

    Who is the writer?

Julie Creffield is a writer, project manager and entrepreneur from Stratford in East London. She has lived in the East End of London for most of her life and has a sharp eye for a juicy project or a funny angle on a story.

Come on ladies I dare you to read this book and not be inspired to try at least half of the 99 suggestions.

What are people saying about this book?

Very easy to read ebook with some great ideas and tips each tailored to suit your changing schedule from having a newborn and perhaps only managing a walk a day with the pram, up to tummy time planks and peek a boo sit ups when your baby is a little older. I read most of it over a few days night feeds. Just need to put the wise words into action now. Great value for money - I thoroughly recommend!

The book is simply great! Such an easy read, witty and honest, I'm sure every mum can relate to it. Reading this book is like talking to your best friend who knows you well. You can find many great ideas and surely after reading it you will have no more excuses :)

Enjoyed this book very much gave me some really good ideas and has inspired me to dust off my trainers and get back out there
