Changing your drinking habits can be hard. In this book we share what we at Club Soda have learned from helping hundreds of people to reach their goals, whether to cut down or quit alcohol for good. The book is partly based on our four-week Month Off Booze (MOB) online programme, which supports you to successfully get through a month without alcohol.
We start the book with the key task of planning - it’s not fun but it works. We will then look at cravings and talk a bit about nutrition and weight loss, and share some ways of keeping going when things get difficult. We then encourage you to become a Rebel Non-Drinker, and give you all the tips you need to go out into pubs and bars without drinking alcohol. And in the last section we talk about sticking - keeping to the goals you’ve reached - or making longer-term changes to your relationship with alcohol.
