Now let us get into the psyche of an employee and employer. An employer wants to extract ten times the revenue –he is paying to the employee. And an employee wants to waste his time in office till pay day. The employer gives un-realistic targets, and the employee fools away the employer by dissuading his customers. An employer get happy if he gets 50% of the targeted revenue, and an employee gets happy –if he vents his frustration on employer by closing the doors to 50% of customers he dealt with.
