Hummus is one of the most delicious and healthy snacks available – and one of my personal favorites! In the last ten to fifteen years, hummus has grown from an item that would occasionally feature at a cocktail party or on a restaurant menu, to something that can be found on the shelves of every grocery store. But, like with any food, the quality of ingredients and thoroughness of preparation are the key important factors.
