As a work of photojournalism, HISTORIC HEARTH WALKABOUT [in this edition updated 2015] features approximately 150 photos of cozy older homes found in the small town of Florence, Colorado. From this venue, HHW gives a variety of refreshing reading appeals:
Step inside elderly structures which have been shored up and transformed into heart fueling homes or places of business. There are times when a series of photos like these can give more comfort than reality [that's why we read]. From any perspective, though, "There's no place like home." This book gives testament to that feeling which was reinforced through a fictional girl who learned it from a literary Wizard [of Oz]. It's a good thing to feel at home inside a book, too. And how about the treat of visiting cozy historic homes in a photographic walkabout!
HHW can be enjoyed as a stand alone work, or as the 5th entry in a series of walkabout books:
WINDOWS WALKABOUT
JOHN GALT WALKABOUT
AQUA OASIS WALKABOUT: Book 1 & 2
In the above list Windows Walkabout is not photojournalism like the other titles; it is a more typical book based on in-depth interviews of owners of Bed and Breakfast Inns. The full photo collection for that book is not ready for publication. The other four books in this series have from 107 - 170 photos each, around which social, philosophical, political, and metaphysical commentary has been written. The AOW pair has more photos and fewer words than the other books in the series. This balance occurred by Right Brain hemisphere designs. Some of the processes using RB are described in these books as a bonus to begin discriminating differences in assets which can be developed in each of the cerebral hemispheres.
Though these photojournalism books have large files, KINDLE GLOW BOOKS tests have downloaded each of them in under a minute.
As of this 2015 update, MYRTLE'S PENULTIMATE WALKABOUT is also available on KINDLE. That title is a sequel to MYRTLE'S ULTIMATE MYSTERY, the opening book for a paranormal cozy mystery series.
All books noted here take mysteries, walkabouts, ghosts, spirits and divine concepts to highly entertaining levels. Hyperlinks to these books are included inside this Edition of HISTORIC HEARTH WALKABOUT.
