We all have some habits. Eating habit, sleeping habit, shopping habit, someone bites his nails or maybe drinks coffee every morning or something else, there are really a lot of habits that we can see in our daily lives. But are these the habits you want to have? Are they making you more productive or effective? Are you getting things done faster or better? If you got here, the answer is probably pretty clear.
