Dear Diary,
Only a few weeks ago, I was just a normal, wild Ghastly without a care in the world. The only things I worried about were staying out of thunderstorms and playing with my friends. Things sure do change fast!
Back then, I never would have imagined that being caught by a Pokémon Trainer could change my life so much. But now I have a whole new set of friends, and none of them are Ghastly like me! My teammates are a Slowpoke, a Nidorino, a Pidgeotto, a Zubat, and an Oddish, and we’re all starting to be great friends. I’m even starting to warm up to my Trainer.
We travel all over the place together, battling wild Pokémon and meeting new people. I think I learn at least one new thing every day. I even have a nickname now!
I think this is the first time in my life that I’ve been really excited to wake up every day, because there’s always some new adventure to be had. Some days we fight at Gyms, some days we mingle with the leaders of Team Instinct, Mystic, and Valor. Sometimes we even fight those awful Pokémon thieves, Team Rocket!
I can’t wait to see what we get up to today!
