"Friend of the Forest" is a short story where we find a teen in a small town, struggling to keep life straight. His escape is the forest behind his family's restaurant, the forest where no one dares to go. He has a "friend" who is the reason for his pull to the forest; and also why he loves it so much...
But his friend isn't human. Nor does he know what is really going on.
