Virginia Woolf (1882-1941) was a legendary English writer and a significant figure in the London literary society. Woolf was also a feminist and her semi-biographical novel Orlando is considered an important work in the history of women’s writing. Woolf also wrote many other classics including Mrs. Dalloway, To the Lighthouse, and A Room of One’s Own.
