Sophie is a young girl who dreams of being a detective, solving crimes and righting wrongs. One day, after having snuck away from the house without her parent’s permission, she spots something strange and decides to investigate. What she uncovers leads Sophie, her brother and her sister into a criminal world they are ill prepared for. Realising that they are out of their depth and in great danger they try to report their findings to the authorities but no one believes them.
Left feeling that there is no choice but to investigate further they uncover an increasingly sinister plot that threatens their school, their town and maybe even their lives and it is up to Sophie and her siblings to work out what exactly is going on and how to try to stop it.
