Dark Chamber: A Crispin Guest Medieval Noir Short Story

Crispin Guest, the famed “Tracker” of London, is at first called to the home of a merchant to find a lost carcanet, but instead discovers the merchant’s wife dead in a locked room. Crispin picks apart the mysterious facts through the eyes of his apprentice Jack Tucker as they both discover whether it was a sickness as the husband claims or a diabolical murder.
