Cyberwarfare: Russia (1980 – late 1990s)

International acts of cyber conflict, usually referred to as “cyber warfare”, are intrinsically linked with cyber crime, security, espionage and terrorism. The web of interconnections struggles to find solutions as a result of governments have assigned different areas of responsibility to different agencies which do not play well with others.
