This is the official book published by the Cuban government during the "Special Period During Peace" that was used to instruct Cuban families about technological, medical and food preparation self help. This is the book that Industrial Artist Ernesto Oroza based "Technological Disobedience," "Rikimbili," "Objets Reinventes," and "Statement of Necessity" on. "Technological Disobedience" has not yet been published; but please search for the video on YouTube.
This is a one-of-a-kind item and should be of essential interest to "Preppers" and others who are interested in living off-the-grid. It is a comtemporary work and can be compared to the "FoxFire Books;" but it is far more technically sophisticated.
Since this is an official Cuban document, it is in the original Spanish. Personally, I wouldn't let that stop me from reading it; Google translate is just a mouse-click away!
